What do you get with a custom whole pork order?
- You receive a variety of cuts including: Roasts, Chops, Steaks, Spare ribs, ham, sausage, ground or bacon.
- You can customize the cuts above (ex. roast size, chops/steaks per package, lbs per package for ground).
Our price for whole and half pork is $3.25/lb on hanging weight plus cut and wrap.
Place your deposit and we will be in touch for cutting instructions as well as a delivery date.
